  • Company Risk Intelligence: Source-linked risk profiles covering statutory filings, director records, financial health, ownership structure, and external signals including news, employer reviews, and hiring activity.
  • Claim Verification: Cross-checking company claims against their public footprint and flagging discrepancies before commercial commitment.
  • Watchlists: Prioritising multiple companies against decision criteria, with Evidence Request Links for collecting structured information directly into a watchlist.
  • Graph IQ: Relationship mapping across directors, PSC records, and connected companies from any completed report.
  • Monitoring: Post-decision monitoring of suppliers, partners, and counterparties with configurable alerts for material changes including filings, director changes, and structural events.
  • Extended Features: Human analyst review, Assessment Confidence scoring, Financial Health data from statutory filings, Source Annex with source-linked evidence, and an audit trail for commercial decisions.

11. Data Usage and Restrictions

Our services provide access to risk intelligence data on UK private companies. You may use this data for your internal business purposes, including supplier onboarding, partnership due diligence, procurement decisions, and commercial assessment. You agree not to:

  • Resell, sublicense, or otherwise commercialise the data without our express written consent.
  • Use the data for any unlawful, fraudulent, or unethical purposes.
  • Engage in excessive data extraction or scraping that could impair our services.
  • Misrepresent the origin or accuracy of the data.

12. Subscription, Pricing, and Payment

12.1 Refunds and Cancellations

All payments are non-refundable except in the following circumstances:

It does not replace a lawyer, auditor, accountant, regulated adviser, or qualified professional. Assessment Confidence indicators are provided to help users understand the weight and limitations of available evidence, and should not be treated as a guarantee of accuracy or completeness.
